As the end of the year approaches, many people feel a sense of incompletion. It's as if we've forgotten or missed something, or just haven't had enough time to do everything we wanted to do.
If you feel this way too, try not to panic. Nothing is so important that it's worth your nerves.
Today we offer you some quick and really important tasks that you have plenty of time for. Try to tick them off, everything else can wait.
💙 Prepare at least one gift for the holidays
They say there's no better feeling than giving. Giving gifts can bring us more happiness than even receiving them. So no matter the size or value of the gift, prepare at least one to make a loved one happy.
💙 Give thanks for at least one thing
Happiness is impossible without gratitude. Before we have learned to appreciate all that life gives us, we will not be able to experience true joy. Right now, name at least one thing to be thankful for. It is certainly there, you just have to see it.
💙 Give yourself at least one day off
That means a day of doing absolutely nothing. Allow yourself the luxury of 24 hours where you don't have a single task. And yes, laundry, washing the dishes, tidying up, and every household activity counts too. When was the last time you enjoyed a whole day where you didn't have a single plan and only did what you wanted to do. It's time to remind yourself of that freedom.

It doesn't have to be something big like saving the world or adopting a stray animal. You can just miss a car trying to merge into your lane, help a loved one with a small task, leave a tip for the salesgirl, or whatever else comes to mind. Look for opportunities to do good, fate presents them to you every day.
💙 Tell someone you love them
We all love, but for some of is harder to express it. So use the remaining days of the year and do it. Choose at least one person close to you and tell them you love them. You will surely make him happy, everyone is happy to hear that he is loved.
