In the event that the User has provided the Provider his consent to the processing of his data for the purposes of Profiling and Direct Marketing, the Provider also collects and processes data on the User's personal preferences, interests and consumer behavior (the history of the content under consideration and the search and his queries while using the Site), user profile preferences, location, and more.
6. Withdrawal of the consent to the processing of Personal Data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to such withdrawal.

Period and time limits for processing and deleting personal data

7. a copy of the personal data processed in a preferred medium or provided electronically, except when prohibited by law
8. LifeShouts.com denies access to User's personal data when they do not exist or their disclosure is prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Right of erasure (or "right to be forgotten"): the right to request LifeShouts.com to delete, correct or block personal data relating to you, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the LPPD, and you want to notify third parties, to whom your personal data have been disclosed for any deletion, correction or blocking, except where this is not possible or involves excessive efforts;
