Is It Even Possible?! Would You Try This Chocolate Mousse With Only Two Ingredients?
Yes, there is such a recipe ๐
We start this recipe with some good news - chocolate extends life!
The reason is probably due to the fact that cocoa contains antioxidants called polyphenols.
Of course, we're not talking about all the chocolate desserts in the store here, but the good natural chocolate. That's why we couldn't help but share this recipe we came across recently - a chocolate mousse made from just two ingredients๐คจ
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate (70 percent cocoa) - 225 grams
- Water
Preparation method
- Chop the chocolate into small cubes and pour them into a bowl, add 180 ml of hot water to them. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and the chocolate is completely melted.
- In a bowl, pour two cups of ice cubes, add a cup of water. Put the bowl with the melted chocolate in the one with the ice.
- Stir until the mixture thickens and you get the consistency of mousse.
- The next step is to place a spoon in the hot water for a few seconds then scoop out the mousse with it. Place the resulting moulds on a plate. We decorate if we decide to add another ingredient to the recipe ๐.
