I'm not cutting services. But I'm cutting spending. But I may cut Department of Education. I believe common core is a very bad thing. I believe that we should be lo - you know, educating our children from Iowa, from New Hampshire, from South Carolina, from California, from New York. I think that it should be local education.

As far as Ted Cruz, he's one of the greatest liars and biggest liars I've ever known.

I want, we're going to repeal and replace Obamacare. Obamacare is a total and complete disaster. It's going to be gone.

Now, you're talking about taking out ISIS. But Hillary Clinton were there, and were secretary of state when it was a little infant. Now it's in over 30 countries. And you're going to stop them? I don't think so.

If Hillary Clinton did nothing, America'd be in much better shape.

As [the New York Times] winds down its years and is becoming more and more problematic, it's gotten more and more vicious, more and more vile.

Wouldn't it be nice if we actually got along with people, wouldn't it be nice if we actually got along, as an example, with Russia?

I feel that I want to focus on jobs, I want to focus on healthcare, I want to focus on the border and immigration and doing a really great immigration bill.

Do you mind if I sit back a little? Because your breath is very bad.

The thing I'm most honored about is every single person that went after me, including Jeb Bush, who's down - boom. Every single person that went after me has gone way down. And I'm very honored by that. And that's what the country needs. The country needs a leader that when the country gets hit, we're going to come out on top, not keep going down. Because we're going down. Our country is going down.

I'm not going to change it, because I think Mitt Romney has proven to be not a smart person.

Think BIG and always focus on the positive

I believe colleges should not be allowed to benefit from unlimited federal largesse while taking advantage of students.

No secretary of state has been more wrong more often and in more places that Hillary Clinton. Her decision spread death, destruction, and terrorism everywhere she touched.

I think I understand life. I think I understand how to live. I'm enjoying my life. I don't really live in an as extravagant a way as people think.

China gets their oil from Libya. Why isn't China involved? They're going out spending billions of dollars a day on trying to take over the world economically. And we're spending billions and billions and billions of dollars on policing the world. Why isn't China involved with Libya? That - we don't get oil from Libya, China does.

They [African-American community] have been abused and used in order to get votes by Democrat politicians, because that's what it is. They've controlled these communities for up to 100 years.

Another reform, involves new screening tests for all applicants that include, and this is so important, especially if you get the right people. And we will get the right people.

[The wall will be] ten feet taller. And every time they [Mexicans] protest, it`s going to go up a little bit higher.

So we have the toughest laws, and you have tremendous gun violence.

Japan, Germany, South Korea, these are very rich, powerful countries. Saudi Arabia, nothing but money. We Americans protect Saudi Arabia. Why aren't they paying?

You really have to love what you are doing, so you don't give up.

There`s plenty of other evidence Trump is in sync with the base, including a major survey released that found that 76 percent of Republicans think Islam is incompatible with the American way of life.

I don't think top-down works in America.

There is the apocalyptic influence in the Trumpean presidency: The world is destroyed in order to be purified and renewed in the ideal way that is projected by a Steve Bannon. And there is a sense of that when Trump says we'll make America great again, because he says it's been destroyed, he will remake it. So there is an apocalyptic suggestion, but I don't think it's at the very heart of his presidency.

You see the unemployment rate is at a very, very low level. Job enthusiasm and manufacturing, business enthusiasm is at record levels; never been higher... We've got it going.

When I watch Dan Rather explaining how America is going to be attacking, where we're going to attack, what routes we're taking, what kind of planes we're using, how to stop them, how to stop us, it is a little bit disconcerting. I've never seen this, where newscasters are telling the enemy how we're going about it, we have just found out this and that. It is ridiculous.

Sometimes by losing a battle you find a new way to win the war.

I watched what this man [Cruz] did to Dr. Ben Carson, who I respect, in Iowa, where he said that Ben Carson is out of the race - he has left Iowa and he's out of the race. And I thought it was disgraceful.

I am a very strong supporter of the Second Amendment.

People said Mitt Romney had crowds, but the truth is he had one crowd, one big crowd the last day. We've had crowds for five months. I mean, from the beginning. And now they're bigger than ever before. I think it makes a big difference.
