Getting adjusted regularly is part of my goal to win in life and on the field.

I think the guys are starting to rally around my leadership style and the way I do things. I've been waiting for this opportunity my whole life.

I've got the 30 drive right now. You turn 30, I don't know, life is exciting again; thirties is when you've got it all figured out. You start reaching some of your goals, and achieving some great things.

Thankfully we had a big drive there in the fourth quarter after the fumble to put us up 11, and then the big drive to finish the game.

I think very highly of myself. I think I'm capable of a lot of things on the field.

The pressure I put on myself is the only pressure I'm feeling once I get into the game.
