The inner life must overcome the flesh or the flesh will overcome and destroy the inner life.

Whatever is given to Christ is immediately touched with immortality.

To treat an imperfect brother (or sister) impatiently is to advertise our own imperfections.

Real faith invariably produces holiness of heart and righteousness of life.

God dwells in His creation and is everywhere indivisibly present in all His works. He is transcendent above all His works even while He is immanent within them.

In the Bible, the race of life is never considered from the viewpoint of speed... We are to run it with patience.
