Whatever may befall us, God knows and cares as no one else can.

What a blessed truth to understand that, in the middle of all of our difficulties and calamities, we have a refuge.

God will not hold us responsible to understand the mysteries of election, predestination, and the divine sovereignty. Those things belong to the deep and mysterious Profound of God's omniscience. Prying into them may make theologians, but it will never make saints.
