No controlling legal authority

I've been dreaming of this moment since I was a kid growing up in Tennessee: that one day, I'd have the chance to come here to Madison Square Garden and be the warm-up act for Elvis.

What's at risk [in 100 years] if we do not take action, truly is the survival of civilization as we know it... Literally that is the case. Hurricane Irene one year before.

The good news is, we have everything we need now to respond to the challenge of global warming. We have all the technologies we need, more are being developed.... But we should not wait, we cannot wait, we must not wait.
