The formulation of the problem is often more essential than its solution, which may be merely a matter of mathematical or experimental skill.

Well, I have considered myself to be very fortunate in that I have been able to do mostly only that which my inner self told me to do... As to science, we may well define it for our purpose as "methodical thinking directed toward finding regulative connections between our sensual experiences".
