Getting some time away to be active, work out, do yoga is definitely a necessity in life. These activities help me relieve stress and center my mind when I'm playing the waiting game after an audition.

As far as we know, as a species, the only reason we were put on this planet is to help continue life.

I usually like to keep to myself, but others can tell if I'm upset because I'm keeping to myself.

Let's all try to conserve water. But it's OK to shower.

Keep spreading the love, world. But don't get greedy and overpopulate the planet.

Try to keep an open mind.

I like to remember what I have to be thankful for. When it gets bad, I usually list them out loud to my wife and myself. Helps me maintain a balanced perspective.
