The beautiful thing about such moments in life is that there is so much clarity. You know what you live for and what matters.

I had the privilege recently to work with Ethiopian filmmaker Zeresenay Mehari and his wife on the film Difret. They are that unique balance of very thoughtful conscious filmmakers who are also brilliant, original artists.

I think a woman is sexy when she's in nice clothes, flattering clothes. I don't think that being half-dressed in little half-tops... I don't find that sexy.
