If you saw me with my clothes off you'd see that my body is in great shape and ready to take on the world.... I could snap my fingers and have any man I wanted, but I have too much respect for myself for that.... People can look then wonder about the taste and the sensuous delights of the dish, but when it comes down to it they simply can't afford such an expensive luxury.

Why are people afraid of getting older? You feel wiser. You feel more mature. You feel like you know yourself better. You would trade that for softer skin? Not me!

People don't get to see the unglamourous side.

I believe in commitment. I believe in being open and trusting each other and respecting each other completely.

The world believes all blondes are stupid and brunettes are smarter. Well, I disagree.

Do I consider myself sexy? It all depends on the way I'm feeling. When I'm happy inside, that's when I feel most sexy.

I enjoyed my time on the Biggest Loser ranch. Although I will not be returning as a full-time trainer on season 13, I will always be a part of 'The Biggest Loser' family and my commitment to bettering lives through health and fitness will continue.
