We are fascinated by the darkness in ourselves, we are fascinated by the shadow, we are fascinated by the bogeyman.

When you're younger you have so many ideas about yourself; everything is important. It's not when you look back, nothing is that important. It's only life.

There's no truth in acting, it's all a trick, because you go on stage in front of sets, you're on film - it's all a trick. I thought, "This is unreal. This has happened as I expected it to, as I'd pictured it." My whole life has been like that and I'm fascinated by that power that we all have. That we create our lives as we go.
