I've always loved horses. When I was younger, I competed in horse shows and did quite well.

I'm always looking to do different roles and play around a little bit. That's always the fun part of my job.

If I feel good on the inside, I treat my body with more respect.

When I was nine or 10, I had jumped off of a bunk bed and shattered and dislocated my shoulder. That was on the same arm as the cast was on, which I didn't really put together until I was really starting to feel a little uncomfortable in my shoulder area, and then I was like, "Oh, this cast is on that arm. That's what that is about."

I move on as quickly as possible. I tend to be really hard on myself anyway, which is great for work ethic and such, but sometimes outcomes are just out of your control and there was nothing you could've done anyway. If I'm at fault, I make note and do my best to try again. "No" isn't really a word I understand.

Yeah, the whole 'One Tree Hill' experience made me realize I wanna write, and produce, and direct as well as act. I'm interested in all facets of the industry.

My fans firstly [inspire me]. They make me want to be a better person and really motivate me when times get tough. Also Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" and, oddly enough, hubcaps.
