I'm a chick, I love clothes, and I'm also in the entertainment industry, so I've done a lot of photo shoots, video shoots, red carpets. So I learned very quickly that fashion is going to be and will be a big part of what I do.

Face tomorrow tomorrow's not yesterday

I was signed by L.A. Reid on Arista Records when I was 16. He understood me and believed in me. Arista folded and I got put on RCA or whatever, then there were new people there, and every six months it changes and more new people come in.

Don't turn around. 'Cuz you will get punched in the face. Don't make this worse. You've already gone and got me mad. It's too bad, I'm not sad It's casting over. Just one of those things you'll have to get over it.

Being able to express myself through music and art has always been when I feel the most alive.
