We have to wait and see when Donald J. Trump embarks his new mission, let's say, or position within this administration as President.

The army cannot do the same, and the army doesn't exist everywhere.

Many people do not understand the difference between peace and a peace treaty. If you want to have real peace with normal relations between people, you need to have comprehensive peace.
