I think it's a fallacy that only people in elected office can come up with solutions that solve our problems. I just think maybe there's a different paradigm.

What's going to help the American people? What's going to give them what they need? Not only in health care but in terms of jobs, in terms of education, in terms of a whole host of issues.

It's not the government's job. You can read the Constitution all you want, it never says that it is the government's job and I think where we've gotten confused.
