It was very interesting having an opportunity to talk to the Syrians themselves. And I asked them: What do you want? What is your supreme desire? Their supreme desire was to be settled back in their own country. I said, "What can Americans and other countries do?" They said, "Support the efforts of those who are trying to provide safety for us, including the Jordanians."

Resist this war on God, freedom of religion and freedom of speech.

Everyone in the world worth being nice to. Because God never creates inferior human beings, each person deserves respect and dignity.

I would support whoever the people have chosen. We have to abandon the thinking that there is a bunch of politically elite people who know what is best, let the people determine for themselves who is best.

There is a tendency of people to try to make you believe only a few people are smart. As a brain surgeon, I know better than that.
