I think the Democratic Party has got to make fundamental choices.

Look, what we have got to do is tell corporate America that they cannot continue to shut down. We've lost 60,000 factories since 2001. They're going to start having to, if I'm president, invest in this country - not in China, not in Mexico.

It's time for the Supreme Court to catch up to the American people and legalize gay marriage.

The political world is changing rapidly. What the establishment has learned, what the Democratic establishment, the Republican establishment, the media establishment, is the world is not quite what they thought it was. With the middle class disappearing, with people working longer hours for lower rages, with people worried about the future of their children, what you are seeing is a lot of discontent at the grassroots level all over this country. And that's what's going on right now.

You need a Democratic Party which is a grassroots party, which makes decisions from the bottom on up, not just from the top on down.

If you looked at Jeb Bush's campaign, it's more than just money. It's the nature of the candidate and the message and all that stuff.
