Every inch of ground we refuse to take with God, we surrender to the enemy.

Insecurity refers to a profoud sense of self-doubt-a deep feeling of uncertainty about our basic worth and our place in the world. Insecurity is associated with chronic self-consciousness, along with a chronic lack of confidence in ourselves and anxiety about our relationships. The insecure man or woman lives in constant fear of rejection and a deep uncertainty about whether his or her own feelings and desires are legitimate.

God doesn’t work on sense; He works on grace. God called you, and God called me. He knew what He was doing.

When God's Word is deliberately internalized, it will be authentically externalized because it's no longer what we do - it's part of who we are.

God is not harsh; He is holy. He is not selfish; He is sovereign. He is not unfeeling; He is all-knowing. Like David, we need to come to know Him, and respect Him; and, like David, we will love Him more.

We know we're coming full circle with God when we stand at a very similar crossroad where we made such a mess of life before, but this time we take a different road.

Sometimes God allows storms to come together in such a way that they ultimately fulfill something that would never have happened otherwise.
