Insecurity refers to a profoud sense of self-doubt-a deep feeling of uncertainty about our basic worth and our place in the world. Insecurity is associated with chronic self-consciousness, along with a chronic lack of confidence in ourselves and anxiety about our relationships. The insecure man or woman lives in constant fear of rejection and a deep uncertainty about whether his or her own feelings and desires are legitimate.

Be careful not to give too much credence to the old adage that time heals. Mark my word. It's God that heals. Time only tells.

Wisdom is knowledge applied. Head knowledge is useless on the battlefield. Knowledge stamped on the heartmmakes one wise

People don't need Christians to act like we always have it together. People need us to be real! What kind of healing would come if we all just got real before God and others?

Life works most perfectly when a reciprocal love relationship is in place between man and God.

A big difference exists between trying to manipulate God to give us what we want and cooperating with God so He can give us what He wants.

God alone created marriage. Adam slept through the entire ceremony. Eve came in late. It seems to me men are still sleeping through marriage, and women are still coming to their senses a little too late. God alone performed that ceremony, and He alone can hold it together.
