No matter what authority Satan and his subjects have temporarily been allowed in this world system, Christ can pull rank anytime He wants to.

The true determining factor of our belief system is not what we're saying, but how we are living.

He (God) is determined to pursue you because He knows the greatest joy in your life will come from His lan for you.

God is not harsh; He is holy. He is not selfish; He is sovereign. He is not unfeeling; He is all-knowing. Like David, we need to come to know Him, and respect Him; and, like David, we will love Him more.

To overcome prejudice, we can boldly speak against it and teach our children total intolerance for it. We can get to know one another; when we do so, the stereotypes that impede relationships will fall away. Finally, we can express regret to others for past prejudicial sins and ask God to forgive us and change our thinking.

Nobody appreciates deliverance like those who've nearly been destroyed.
