A head full of biblical knowledge without a heart passionately in love with Christ is terribly dangerous - a stronghold waiting to happen. The head is full, but the heart and soul are still unsatisfied.

One of our greatest challenges as Christians is to be driven by the love of Christ rather than constantly seeking after God's comfort.

Beloved, whatever we are gripping to bring us satisfaction is a lie-unless it is Christ. He is the Truth that sets us free. If you are holding anything in your craving for satisfaction right now, would you be willing to acknowledge it as a lie? Even if you feel you can't let go of it right this moment, would you lift it before Him-perhaps literally lifting your fisted hand as a symbol-and confess it as an idol? God does not condemn you. He calls you.

We know we're coming full circle with God when we stand at a very similar crossroad where we made such a mess of life before, but this time we take a different road.

A big difference exists between trying to manipulate God to give us what we want and cooperating with God so He can give us what He wants.

Courage comes from a heart that is CONVINCED it is loved.

When you accept the fact that God is determined about you and you add to it your determination about Him, I am telling you there'll be no stopping you from fulfilling the absolutely God-ordained destiny He has for you.
