I also would have steered clear of politics. I’m grateful for the opportunities God gave me to minister to people in high places; people in power have spiritual and personal needs like everyone else, and often they have no one to talk to. But looking back I know I sometimes cros­sed the line, and I wouldn’t do that now.

Kindness is an essential part of Gods work and ours here on earth.

The sooner we accept that as a fact of life, the better we will be able to adjust to each other and enjoy togetherness. "Happily incompatible" is a good adjustment.

God made us for one reason: so He could have fellowship with us. It wasn't that He was lonely or needed us but He made us in His image so He could shower His love upon us.
