Look, I happen to agree with what George says about the interpretation of the New Testament, but I want to remind both of you to never play God.

God will not force himself upon us against our will. If we want his love, we need to believe in him. We need to make a definite, positive act of commitment and surrender to the love of God. No one can do it for us.

Our world is obsessed with success. But how does God define success? Success in God's eyes is faithfulness to His calling.

It is impossible to live pure lives until we have pure hearts. Many people today are trying to put the cart before the horse. They are teaching purity of motives, desires, and actions to old, deceitful hearts! No wonder we have ended up such moral failures, in spite of our vaunted knowledge and psychological approaches.

Think about the holes children make when they dig in the sand on the seashore. When the waves come in, the holes are swallowed up by the ocean. Similarly, when we know Christ, our physical death is overwhelmed by the love and grace of God. Death is swallowed up in the victory of Christ.

Far too many young people today have no spiritual roots. The've been deprived of values by an agnostic, contemporary culture.

God's angels often protect his servants from potential enemies.
