The greater intellect one has, the more originality one finds in men. Ordinary persons find no difference between men.

Justice is what is established; and thus all our established laws will necessarily be regarded as just without examination, since they are established.

What can be seen on earth points to neither the total absence nor the obvious presence of divinity, but to the presence of a hidden God. Everything bears this mark.
