What I remember the most about my childhood is constant fear and "good food." I don't want to get into the greasy, buttery, deep-fried, fatty, sugary, meaty, barbecued details here, but with no knowledge of healthy lifestyles or positive psychology, time took its toll on me.

We are all frail-embodied creatures, who at times suffer through injustice, abuse, illness, pain and misfortune.

We must quit thinking we know everything, and quit placing "knowledge" over kindness and compassion.

The true creator-self is a light at heart and free child, who accesses destiny as a simple act of joyful play.

People are living books. The real library of life is community.

The struggle is beautiful.
