Choose to be pro-active, assertive and self-defining.

Comfort in expressing your emotions will allow you to share the best of yourself with others, but not being able to control your emotions will reveal your worst.

Life moves forward. The old leaves wither, die and fall away, and the new growth extends forward into the light.

Through meditation and gentle cooperation, the body will heal itself with little or no effort.
