I love little Peter Pan collars and little puff sleeves.

I just like working with people that I respect and think are really funny.

There are some people that don't take jobs because they think that they're too good for them or that they aspire to do something greater than the job that they're being presented with. I've just never been from that school.

'Freaks and Geeks' was a show where our individuality was really celebrated.

Jason [Nash] is just someone that I've known socially and through his stand-up, seeing him do different comedy shows, and I just really like him. I think he's a funny guy and he has a unique perspective on being a dad and a husband.

After 'Freaks and Geeks,' I dealt with several producers who wanted to cover up all my beauty marks, every single mole on my body. They tried to cover them on my first two episodes of 'Dawson's Creek,' and it just looked ridiculous, so I had to put my foot down. But it's not something I'm insecure about.

I don't believe in guilty pleasures. If you enjoy something, there's nothing guilty about it.
