When I believed my thoughts I suffered.

The only and dearest relationship is the mind's relationship with itself.

They say, "Katie, you're wrong." And if I say, "How dare you say that? I have studied and studied." Or, "I am an expert in" whatever area we're talking about. Or, "No, you are wrong! And I think you're rude!" Or anything like that, and if we don't say it out loud, maybe we think it, but that's stressful. The moment I've defended, in any way, I've started the war.

When they attack you and you notice that you love them with all your heart, your Work is done.

The more you reveal, the more you have to question and the freer you get. Until, finally, you're absolutely exposed. And that leaves you in a fearless position, because you can work in the world without the fear of being found out. That is freedom.

The world is what you believe it to be, and it changes as you change.

If you argue against reality you will suffer.
