I don't want to be the center of attention, which is ironic. I hate having all eyes on me - unless it's for my job, and my job is playing football. I'm not that attention-hungry.

Winning is contagious, you know its a thought. It's not something that just happens on Sundays. You know that's something, like you have to live like a winner. You have to think like a winner. You have to eat like a winner. Everything that you do with life, you gotta be a winner.

In college, you had to worry about that math class or this exam that's coming up on Tuesday, but not in the professionals. You eat, sleep, and do everything related to your craft - and your craft is football. You can be at it from sunup to sundown.

The quarterback is an extension of the coach and has a certain type of swagger mentality, on and off the field.

Seeing the same coverages, the same personnel, and for us to change the whole scenery, and bring somebody else in that’s necessarily competitive, a professional competitiveness, where guys are respecting each other’s careers, but yet are getting better. For us to come out here and a get a win, I think it helped us with those practices.

I think dressing nowadays went from trying to fit in to wearing something to try to stick out.

With three boys in the house, my mother was always on us when growing up about keeping our faces clean, washing behind our ears, and brushing our teeth. So I still take my morning routine seriously.
