I actually lost weight by not obsessing. When I crave something I eat it and then I eat healthily, and I don't go: "Oh, I can't eat." It means I don't want to eat too much because I'm letting myself be comfortable with it. It's really interesting. It has worked for me.

I think it's sexy when someone makes a statement that says, 'This is who I am. This is what I think is sexy.'

Worry and stress is one of the most unhealthiest things. They say that cancer and sickness comes from that, so you know I do my best. There are times that I do feel very stressed, but I do my best to keep it away and get plenty of rest.

I'm not one of those people that has to look myself up every five seconds to see what people are saying. That's been really helpful. I mean, you get thousands of compliments, and then one person will say something negative - and that's all you'll remember, that one person.

You know criticism when you get into this business. You accept the bad with the good, the tabloids and the positive side of it.

For a girl like me, I understand because working out can get really boring. Doing the same exact routine every day gets old, and you need something new and fresh to inspire you.
