I understand how important hair is to a woman's self-esteem and confidence.

You've got to have a sense of humour about sex. When you look at it, it's all pretty ridiculous, isn't it?

Less is more. If I don't have to wear make-up, I don't. If there's no real reason to have my hair 'done', I leave it. To keep it looking healthy, I ensure its properly shampooed and conditioned every time I wash it.

I also love to have beauty treatments that really benefit, like massages. t's divine to get up and feel all zen and relaxed.
