Everyone wants to demagogue everyone else. That may be good politics, but it's awful policy.

A retired teacher paid $62,000 towards her pension and nothing, yes nothing, for full family medical, dental and vision coverage over her entire career. What will we pay her? $1.4 million in pension benefits and another $215,000 in health care benefit premiums over her lifetime.

Our party has failed in going in to those places because we`ve said, well, we don`t get instant gratification back. So therefore, why go there. And we need to go there, show up and campaign in places where we`re uncomfortable.

I know the human spirit. I haven't found a wall that can be built that a determined human being can't get over, under or around.

Quite frankly, we have seen liberal policies in cities like Chicago, like New York and others, have led to increased crime.

Now, in New Jersey, we have more government workers per square mile than any state in America. But since I've been governor we now have fewer people on the state payroll at any time since Christie Whitman left office in January 2001. That's the right direction, Mr. President, not the wrong direction.

Let's go to Russia. She [Hillary Clinton] went to the Kremlin on her very first visit and gave them that stupid symbolic reset button.
