I've been able to see the world many times over. The thing I've learned is less is more. I travel as light as possible. I try to carry on.
Chris HarrisonI think it's a confusing, tough thing. I mean, I can imagine in this situation. Being a single dad myself now and trying to do the right thing in your children's eyes and in the eyes of your friends and family and all that and then at the other end of the spectrum, you're also trying to date and you want to be yourself and you want to let go.
Chris HarrisonMy kids have never known me not working on The Bachelor. But they've lived in Paris and Italy and been to Hawaii and Bora-Bora with me, and it's incredible to me that they've had these experiences.

Chris HarrisonThe show is escapism. If you look back to when I was in college, all the girls in the sorority houses were gathered around watching soap operas. That was the escapism, the show that was giving you something you couldn't have. Now, you go into any sorority house, there are 50 to 100 girls piled in watching The Bachelor. We are the modern-day soap opera.
