We all understand that America feels so angry, they want to get somebody, but you can't just have lots of planes and guns and ships and make everybody do your bidding.

To tackle the underlying roots of violence and conflict, we need a massive international effort to reduce poverty and injustice, and to promote development, democracy and human rights.

Of course we need action, but it should be Just action.
