Lead them with excellence and put them in their place through roles and ritual practices, and in addition to developing a sense of shame, they will order themselves harmoniously

See a person's means ... Observe his motives. Examine that in which he rests. How can a person conceal his character?

But a gentleman's anxieties concern the progress of the Way; he has no anxiety concerning poverty.
