Without music I wouldn't have the ability to be in business. The opportunity to be in business came with the finances from music and the notoriety that comes with being successful as an artist. So I see myself as an artist first, but I'm absolutely conscious of business.

I feel like you can will yourself into a good space. Things that are meant to happen, will. If you believe in yourself enough, you can help yourself learn. You can inspire yourself in ways to discipline yourself to a point where you CAN become good enough.

If you don't have finances to jump on opportunites or at least room to support yourself while you're tryin to move into new situations then you can't even evolve.
