There are many different kinds of power. True power comes from serving and helping others. Such behavior makes people respect you. They are willing to listen to your views and advice, and they support you. The energy of many people is thus channeled through one person. This kind of power is positive and authentic.

Some people automatically associate morality and altruism with a religious vision of the world. But I believe it is a mistake to think that morality is an attribute only of religion. We can imagine two types of spirituality: one tied to religion, while the other arises spontaneously in the human heart as an expression of love for our neighbors and a desire to do them good.

If you are mindful of death, it will not come as a surprise-you will not be anxious. You will feel that death is merely like changing clothes. Consequently, at that point you will be able to maintain your calmness of mind.

Only the development of compassion and understanding for others can bring us the tranquility and happiness we all seek.

Laughing in full abandonment is very good for your health.

It is our basic right to be a happy person, happy family, and eventually a happy world. That should be our goal.

More compassionate mind, more sense of concern for other's well-being, is source of happiness.
