It's hard to stay flexible if you don't stretch. I think if you train the right way you'll be flexible. There are people that don't appreciate the value of stretching. I think it's very important.

I push to be in good films and good TV shows. I don't really pick and choose. I pick and choose what I will read for, and I've gotten to the point where I'm being offered stuff.

My family's great and everybody's happy and healthy and my career is good. But personally, I had to sacrifice a lot in my own personal life. And I regret that.
