Keeping fit is really important as playing football is all I've ever wanted to do.

I've always come back from adversity, and I've always had the mentality of proving people wrong.

Kids can have great passion and great ability but if you have the facilities for your particular sport that can give you the inspiration to become a sportsman.

I don't miss a single [Milan] game, and I don't understand those that say that Calcio is in difficulty. It's so competitive and complete.
