Sometimes it just feels so amazing to finally stand up for yourself. I highly recommend it. Life is too short to be taken for granted.

My words of encouragement for teen girls suffering with eating disorders, self-harm, anything... is to get help. It's the most important thing you can do for yourself, and it can change your life and potentially save your life.

No matter what you're going through, there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

I never thought that I'd be a role model. Everyone kind of just made me a role model, and I hated that.
