If I'm able to use my voice to do good in the world then I definitely want to do that.

I wish I could tell every young girl with an eating disorder, or who has harmed herself in any way, that she's worthy of life and that her life has meaning. You can overcome and get through anything.

There are times in my life when I let myself get consumed with jealously for someone else's life, their body, their wardrobe, their talent. They call it the green-eyed monster for a reason. It's a self destructive and when it's in the room, it consumes you. Be strong and don't focus on what other people have.

I met so many young girls and even older women who had literally been through so much that I couldn't even imagine. I was maybe a little more closed-minded, and I learned from them never to judge anyone.

When you treat your body like a Bentley, you value yourself and you start to look at your body differently.

If you're going through a dark period, remember that you're not alone.

It's not about eating healthy to lose weight. It's about eating healthy to feel good.
