I've heard the term ["silent majority"], but for the last 20 years I really haven't heard the term. But I went to a rally in Alabama, and there were 31,000 people there, you've seen it, you've read about it. And I looked and I said, this is the silent majority. Though they weren't silent, because they want to see proper change, not [Barack] Obama change.

You look at the inner cities and you see bad education, no jobs, no safety. You walk to the grocery store with your child and you get shot. You walk outside to look and see what's happening, and you get shot. In Chicago 3,000 people have been shot since January 1st. I am not going to let that happen.

When it comes to stop-and-frisk, you know, Hillary Clinton is talking about takes guns away.Well, I'm talking about taking guns away from gangs and people that use them.

When you look at Trump, you can really see someone who's destructive to any form of life enhancement in virtually every area.

We agree [with the President of Mexico] on the importance of ending the illegal flow of drugs, cash, guns, and people across our border, and to put the cartels out of business.

I'm rebuilding the military. We have great people. We have tremendous borders. I mention the F-35 because if I can save $725 million — look at that, that's a massive amount of money. And I'll save more as we make more planes. If I can save that on a small number of planes — Gen. Jim Mattis said, “I've never seen anything like this,” because he had to sign the ultimate. He had to sign the ultimate, you know. He said, “I've never seen anything like this before, as long as I've been in the military.” You know, that kind of cutting.
