The Democrats are obstructionists. And you know what that's hurting? It's hurting America.

[Immigrants ] are going back where they came. If they came from a certain country, they are going to be brought back to their country. That's the way it's supposed to be.

Instead of bringing it back and putting the money to work, because they can't work out a deal to - and everybody agrees it should be brought back.
