I think you need clarity with financing [for presidency campaign]. I do think this. I think that you need clarity, you have to be able to see who's giving.

Fortunately in Libya, there's only a few cities on the coast, because most of Libya is a desert. And nobody even knows what that means, acid wash. It's a very expensive thing to do. Most people don't even know what it means.
