In a little while, I'd like to address one of the most important aspects of America's national security, and that's cyber security. To truly make America safe, we must make cyber security a major priority, which I don't believe we're doing right now, for both government and the private sector.

I think [Vladimir] Putin probably assumes he can't make a deal with me anymore because politically it would be unpopular for a politician to be making a deal.

Now, whether that was Russia, whether that was China, whether it was another country, we don't know, because the truth is, under President [Barack] Obama we've lost control of things that we used to have control over.
