Whenever I'd feel angry or sad, I'd keep it to myself. I didn't want to upset or burden anyone with my problems. No wonder I felt lonely and isolated in my relationships, since I never allowed anyone to get to know the full me with all the shadows and sorrows.

The angels and the archangels will help you with world peace to the degree it affects you. But they have to honor everyone's free will - including the will of people who like to use weapons or to give orders to soldiers. They cannot usurp such people's free will. Say to the angels, "I affirm or ask for world peace to the degree it affects me." Think of the world as an array of intersecting circles. The part of the world with the intersecting circle that has you in it is what the angels can and will help with.

Today I detach from other people's dramas. I love them and pray for them. I am a role model of peace for them. But I no longer rescue them, or put my own needs last. It is my right to be happy and to help others as I feel lovingly guided instead from guilt or obligation. I respect my feelings and expect others to do so too. And so it is!

On Earth, we really only deal with two types of angels: the angels, or guardian angels, who are closest to us, and the archangels, who are the managers of the guardian angels. Archangel Michael is a well-known example of an archangel. Guardian angels are assigned to each and every one of us at or before conception. As a soul getting ready to incarnate, you actually talk with your angels and set up a lot of your life.

The only way to shut out the voice of god and the angels is to act out addictively whether it’s alcohol or food or drugs, or behaviors...

I've learned, finally, how to balance work with having a personal life. I had to separate my personal and my professional life but now that I only have loving people in my life my personal and professional life blend together.

You can't worry about how the thing is going to come about. Ruminating about trying to make something happen or worrying about the how actually slows down the prayer being answered, because the way prayers are answered exceeds human third-dimensional thinking. Asking for help from the angels is like going to the post office: You have to let go of the envelope in order for it to be mailed.
