I never threw away that paper with my Grammy speech because I haven't hit the pinnacles I plan to reach.
I got enemies, I got a lotta enemies. Got a lotta people tryna drain me of my energy.
I want to be remembered as an artist that gave you a piece of me, as opposed to some surface bullshit. I just want to be remembered as a poet that was open and honest because I wake up every morning and I'm me.

But 40 told me to do me and don't listen to anybody that knew me. Cause to have known me would mean that there's a new me and if you think I've changed, then the slightest could have fooled me.
