Too much of my family has messed with drugs. Addiction might be in my genes, so I ain't never tryin' it. It's something you can't control, and I don't like things I can't control. I worked too hard to have it taken away for something stupid. I ain't gonna be laughed at the way I used to laugh at those crackheads.

I want to be remembered as a person who kept it real, who did what he wanted to do, but never did nothing stupid and never tried to offend nobody else. I'm always being myself.

I never got into the gangs. Gangs are for followers.

I hate getting yelled at, that'll get you on my bad side. My mom never yelled at me. She just told us what needed to be done and we did it.

I keep things real simple because I know where I came from and I don't ever want to go back to that way of living.
